We are not looking for tutors who help students complete assignments. We seek mentors who are genuinely invested in young people's intellectual development.

Passion for literature & writing

You have a deep, genuine love for English reading, literature, and writing — backed by relevant teaching or mentoring experience.

Adaptive communication

Patient, encouraging, and skilled at working with students of different ages and English proficiency levels.

Curriculum collaboration

Opportunity to collaborate with our curriculum development team. We also have ready-made lesson plans if you prefer to focus on teaching.

Consistent commitment

Able to commit to at least three hours of teaching per week, with reasonable consistency over the longer term.
